- 1kg Fine Beef Mince
- 10 Sheets Puff pastry
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Tomato Sauce(Fountain)
- Corn Flour for thickening
- Lightly fry onion in butter, add mince & lightly fry stirring until browned.
- Add a little boiled water and stir. Gently simmer till cooked.
- Thicken with some cornfour.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir through some tomato sauce to taste.
- Scoop cooked mince into pie maker onto puff pastry and cook as directed.
