Craig’s Butchery is a progressive business which was founded in 1991 to service the Pymble area. Craig brought with him a lot of experience in the meat industry. After completing a 4 year apprenticeship at Lindfield in which he passed with honours, Craig travelled to Canada & the United States of America. Upon his return he worked in a high turnover shop which provided valuable experience which helps make his business so successful today. The quality of the meat he encounted overseas was inferior & he vowed to provide superior quality meat when he had his own business.
This opportunity presented itself in 1991 when a friend announced his business was for sale. The rest is history....
Since that time Craig has won awards for sausage making, business acumen and various other awards. In 2007 Craig won an award for Smallgoods Manufacture which he proudly displays in his shop.
Craig is an avid cyclist and regularly rides in charity events to help raise money for the less fortunate.
